You can obtain this Chao by purchasing it from the Other Mod Chao (OMC) seller for 15 Gold.
Chao Lore and Personality
Unwrapped Cookie Dough Chao rip up and take pieces of the wrapper that came from their egg and wear it for the rest of their lives. It's unsure why but it's assumed to bring them comfort. Over time, the wrapper becomes fused to their bodies and a part of them. These Chao are made of something similar to real Cookie Dough and if licked, they taste somewhat sweet. If a gardener eats a piece of an Unwrapped Cookie Dough Chao, they will become fatally poisoned, needing to visit the Chao doctor immediately. Unwrapped Cookie Dough Chao are more active and vocal than normal Cookie Dough Chao. Unwrapped Cookie Dough Chao hate when the wrappers on its body are directly pet but don't mind giving out hugs to gardeners or other Chao and love to be picked up.
Chao History
The Unwrapped Cookie Dough Chao is based off of an item in the Confection mod.
At first, I had no idea how I would turn this into a Chao but I started brainstorming and I quickly decided to use the wrapper part for the top of its head. That part finished, it felt lacking so I decided to wrap its body and feet in it too, to make it feel as if it's actually unwrapped and I think I did a great job conveying that.
