You can obtain this Chao by purchasing it from the Other Mod Chao (OMC) seller for 10 Gold.
Chao Lore and Personality
It's said that if you feed your Chao one too many cookies and nothing but cookies, it turns them into a Chunklatechip Cookie Chao! Chunklatechip Cookie Chao like to roll around the confection and as an act of kindness, they break pieces of themselves off to give to other Chao as an offering. If other Chao eat their broken off pieces, they will eventually turn into a Chunklatechip Cookie Chao too if not fed anything else.
Chao History
I didn't think it was going to be an easy task to bring the Chunklatechip Cookie Chao to life but it was surprisingly easy and took little to no effort. While putting a Chunklatechip Cookie on top of a Chaos head and organizing the pixels a little bit, I accidentally made a face on it and I decided not to edit it at all because I liked how it looked. Happy accident!
