It wouldn't be Sonics Adventure without the blue blur himself! Sonic is the first playable character and the first character you start out with when you start the Mod. Sonics main job is to go fast, faster and be the fastest! See below to find out just how fast he can get.
I must accelerate at an above average speed!
When you start the game with a new character, you start with Sonic the Hedgehog in your inventory. Sonics main stat is speed and everything speed related. As you progress through the game, you'll find yourself running fast, placing blocks fast, jumping higher, swinging fast and you guessed it... running even faster!
It should already be obvious but Sonic goes fast and fast in everything, except mining due to a weird bug. Sonics speed stats rise with each boss defeated and by the end of the game, he'll be running faster than any other character can.
Starter Stats: Sonic has a 10% Melee Speed, Pickaxe Speed, Wall Placement, Tile Placement, Movement Speed and a 10% bonus to his Maximum Movement Speed. Sonic is also immune to fall damage and getting slowed.
After defeating the Eye of Cthulhu: 10% Melee Speed, 10% Pickaxe Speed, 10% Wall Placement, 10% Tile Placement, 10% Movement Speed, 10% Maximum Movement Speed and a 10% Jump Boost.
After defeating the Eater Of World/Brain of Cthulhu: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 20% Movement Speed, 20% to his Maximum Movement Speed and a 10% jump boost.
After defeating Skeletron: 10% Melee Speed, 10% Pickaxe Speed, 10% Wall Placement, 10% Tile Placement, 10% Movement Speed, 10% Maximum Movement Speed and a 10% Jump Boost and he gains the Dash (2) ability.
After defeating King Slime: 10% Melee Speed, 10% Pickaxe, 10% Wall Placement, 10% Tile Placement, 10% Movement Speed, 10% Maximum Movement Speed and a 10% Jump Boost and he gains the ability to Auto Jump.
After defeating Queen Bee: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 20% Movement Speed and 20% Maximum Movement Speed.
After defeating The Destroyer: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 20% Movement Speed and 20% Maximum Movement Speed.
After defeating The Twins: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 20% Movement Speed and 20% Maximum Movement Speed.
After defeating Skeletron Prime: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 20% Movement Speed and 20% Maximum Movement Speed.
After defeating Plantera: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 20% Movement Speed, 20% Maximum Movement Speed and he gets a 100% Run Acceleration boost.
After defeating Golem: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 100% Movement Speed and 100% Maximum Movement Speed and he gets a 100% Run Acceleration boost.
After defeating Duke Fishron: 20% Melee Speed, 20% Pickaxe Speed, 20% Wall Placement, 20% Tile Placement, 20% Movement Speed, 20% Maximum Movement Speed and he can run on liquids.
After defeating the Lunatic Cultist: 40% Melee Speed, 40% Pickaxe, 40% Wall Placement, 40% Tile Placement, 100% Movement Speed, 100% Maximum Movement Speed and he gets a 100% Run Acceleration boost.
After defeating Moon Lord: 100% Melee Speed, 100% Pickaxe, 100% Wall Placement, 100% Tile Placement, 100% Movement Speed, 100% Maximum Movement Speed and he gets a 100% Run Acceleration boost.
Obtaining Sonics Transformation
You can obtain Sonic from either starting a new character or purchasing Sonics transformation from the Black Market for a total of 10 Gold.
