The Chao Principle / Professor Chao is a town NPC that gives the player useful information and hands out Chao Transformations and other things. In the future, if possible, I would like for them to have the exact same function as the guide so the player can hand them any item and the PC will show them what they can do with it and where they can craft it at.

The Chao Principle sells/hands out Chao Transformations, the Chao Costume Pack and all of the Chao Garden music boxes. In the future, it might sell other helpful items too.

Chao Principle / Professor Chao Requirements
You need to pick up one piece of Wood and have at least one empty house before the Chao Principle / Professor Chao can move into your town. Alternatively, you can purchase the Principles Chao Phone from the Black Market Chao.
