These Chao spend all of their time sharing important and fun news updates on the status of Chao Activities with all Chao that are able to understand what it's saying and if a Chao is unable to understand what's being told to it, Chippy Chao will ask Omo-Chao to help them translate what they're saying in ways that Chao of all ages can understand. Chippy Chao work closely with Omo-Chao in order to spread information to gardens all around the world. It's said that there are some activities and items created in celebration of Chippy Chaos loyalty to delivering fun information around the world!

This Chao was created by someone in Piers Hub named Zaiko, along with many other Chao they created at once, which will be added to the garden in the future.
